13 Effective Home Remedies for weight loss

 
What is Obesity ??

Obesity is a condition in which a person's body organs especially tummy has excessive deposit or storage of fat. It can affect a person of both sexes and every age group.

What causes Obesity or Weight gain ? 

  • Sedentary lifestyles.
  • Improper food habits: uncontrolled intake of carbohydrates, refined sugars, saturated fats.
  • Excessive intake of processed food, artificial sweetners, refined sugars, fats

Some Exellent Home Remedies for Obesity

  1. The easiest and effective remedy for obesity would be to have 10 grams of honey with a glass of warm water every morning on an empty stomach.
  2. You can mix 3-5 ml lime juice and 1 tsp of honey in a glass of lukewarm water & drink it early in the morning.
  3. Make fresh carrot juice, add a little water to it and churn it in a blender. Filter the juice and drink it on empty stomach.
  4. Make a mixture by adding 3 tsp lime-juice, ¼ tsp powdered black pepper and 1 tsp honey and stir thoroughly till its homogeneously mixed. Take this concoction regularly in the morning for 3 months.
  5. Add ginger and lemon slices in a glass of boiling water. Heat for sometime and then filter out the water. Drink this decoction hot.
  6. Consume 10-12 fully grown curry leaves every morning, for 3 months.Soak a 15-20 of jujube or Indian plum leaves overnight. Strain the water in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach.
  7. Take 100 ml of lukewarm water; add ½ tbsp honey and ½ tsp holy basil paste. Consume this everyday.
  8. Make paste of ginger and add a small amount to honey to it. Consume this along with ½ tsp of natural guggul.
  9. Eat 1-2 tomatoes, on an empty stomach, every morning.
  10. Green tea has been found to be beneficial in treating obesity.
  11. Include cabbage in your diet. Eat the leaves raw or boiled or use it in salads.
  12. Include French beans, jackfruits, grapes, figs, peaches and guava in the diet.
