- Include Vitamin C in your diet.
- Rub olive oil on the scalp.
- In 30 ml of olive oil, add 1 tablespoon of cumin. Massage this over the scalp and leave it for half an hour. Rinse the hair later.
- Massage the coriander leaves juice on the scalp to stop hair loss.
- Avoid spicy food and oily foods.
- Yoga is highly recommended for keeping anxiety and stress at bay.
- Keep your hair-hygiene. Wash your hairs twice a week. But don't over-wash your hairs as it may lead to shock-loss.
